License and Terms This software is licensed under the terms and conditions available here. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, this paragraph shall be considered the Cover Page. The Products consist of remote access to the following Software-as-a-Service: Sports Lighting Design Tool. The Provider is Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. The Testing Period shall start on the day the Products are first used and continue until terminated by either party. The Test Locations include all global locations, except where such use would violate the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to compliance with applicable laws and export control regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use the Product.
